Following the current guidelines from the government regarding the outbreak of Coronavirus in the UK we would like to make you aware of our current procedures.
✨Every member of the public will be required to wash their hands before entering the studio, we have a staff member with a severe health condition and their welfare remains our priority, aswell as helping to reduce the spread of the infection.
✨Customers will be able to move their bookings with us to another date if they are showing signs of COVID-19
✨Please remember we offer a free home selection service for those who do not wish to enter the studio. Our surveyor will arrive at your home in good Heath, and will sanitise their hands before entering your property for your peace of mind.
✨If a member of our team have symptoms of the virus eg. Cough, temperature, shortness of breath we will do our best to find an alternative fitter to carry out your installation, we will also ensure a deep clean is carried out before we allow customers back into the studio.
✨We will have regular cleans and keep everything as sterile and sanitised as we can.
✨We will monitor the government’s advice and continue to remain open as normal as long as our staff are well and the government advises it is safe to do so.
✨Although this virus will be mild for most, the elderly are the ones who are at greatest risk therefore let’s all support them as much as we can.
